Brief Biography
Dr. Yamin Abdouni received his bachelor's degree in chemistry in 2014 at Ghent University (Belgium) and his master's degree in chemistry at the same university in 2015. He moved to the United Kingdom to undertake a PhD at Queen Mary University of London under the supervision of Dr. Remzi Becer, mainly focussing on the development of novel glycopolymers with controlled sequence and architecture. After receiving his PhD in 2020 Yamin decided to stay at QMUL as Teaching Associate for the Chemical Engineering modules. Currently Yamin is a Lecturer in Chemistry for Materials Science Education responsible for the Chemistry modules at the Queen Mary Engineering School located at NPU in Xi'an, China.
