Dr Haibao Liu has been appointed as a Committee Member of the British Society for Strain Measurement (BSSM) since 4th Dec 2023 (https://www.bssm.org/about-the-bssm/who-are-we/).

As a Committee Member, Haibao will contribute to the organisation of seminars, workshops, events and BSSM annual confernece of relevance and interest to the membership and wider scientific community involved in experimental mechanics and strain measurement.

Founded in 1964, the British Society for Strain Measurement (BSSM) is a non-profit making scientific, membership organisation focused on promoting the knowledge and application of advanced strain measurement, stress analysis and experimental mechanics techniques.
