IoM3 Young Persons Lecture Competition

On 14 February Mrs Alice Dowden, a final year MEng Environmental Materials Technology student, attended Imperial College for the IoM3 (Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining) Young Persons Lecture Competition.
Alice’s talk was entitled Environmental Composites: Waste of the Future.
The winning prize went to an ex-student of Queen Mary University of London, Miss Hedeer Jawad, a graduate of Biomedical Materials Science and Engineering and who is now studying for a PhD at Imperial College.
The School wishes both students luck in their future endeavours
