Warm congratulations to Mr. Ming Qian, who has successfully passed his PhD examination for a project entitled “Coupled Finite Element and Cellular Automata Simulations of Plastic Flow and Microstructural Evolution during Thermomechanical Processing". Ming finished his first degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University, and joined Queen Mary about 4 years ago. He is now a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Nottingham. We wish Ming every success in the future.
